Ailin Bakery House (#01-47/48) is a bakery essentials shop that sells an array of ingredients and baking tools. Named after one of its founders, Madam Loh Ailin, this haven for baking enthusiasts has been in business since the 1980s, drawing people from all over Singapore for its high quality goods and ingredients.

 

Currently, the shop is being managed by Mdm Loh’s relative, Mr Loh Luan Pan, who has been involved in the business for 28 years.

 

Mr Loh explains that at Ailin's Bakery House, they are immensely knowledgeable about the goods they are selling, demonstrating the professionalism and first class quality of service that is hard to find in most shops these days.
